Refund Policy
We value your trust and satisfaction. We take extra care to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, we’re here to help!
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are only applicable within 4 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only in cases where:
You received the wrong product, or
The product was damaged on arrival.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return or refund request.
The video should show:
The sealed parcel before opening,
The unboxing process, and
The product condition clearly visible.
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Return Charges
A return handling fee of ₹59 must be paid by the customer for the pickup process.
The return pickup will be arranged once your request is approved by our support team.
4. Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not applicable for items that were delivered correctly and undamaged.
Used, altered, or washed products are not eligible for return or refund.

Share your order ID, reason for return, and unboxing video.
